So I was supposed to fly to Florida tonight. It starts snowing as we are driving to the airport. We get on the flight. Takes them 30 minutes to start deicing. They deice for an hour and then say it's coming down too hard for the deicing to work. We go back to the gate and deplane. The snow slows down so they say we are going to try again. This is now 3.5 hrs after hour scheduled departure. They make an announcement we are all expecting to be the start of boarding...the (frank)ing flight is cancelled because of GOD DAMN FOG IN TAMPA.

I'm now sitting at home thinking of how funny it is that our flight was cancelled during a freak snowstorm due to the weather in florida. My kid was a champ at the airport though and I'm now drinking. All is good.
