Diagnose for me.

80+ yr old. Admit for pneumonia, tx with antibiotics IV then po. Clinically better, on RA. Follow up CXR clear.

CT head neg, CT abd/chest/pelvis neg. BW all fine. U/A + C/S neg x 2, one a cath sample. Seen by Internal Med, and Cardiology. No diagnosis made.

Progressive yet drastic changes in LOC. Delirium ++, worsening. C/O ++ abd pain. Regular BM, bladder functioning fine (PVR's). Start of admission A/O x 3, and independent.
