As far as ab pain goes, I dunno. Everything's negative. No infection. I'm assuming whites are ok and all that nonsense. Pancreatitis? Starve her for a few days see if that helps

Thats what it seems to be. Dementia vs hosp delirium. Just seems quite a drastic/fast change. We are talking from cognitively intact, and quite capable to basically full blown delirium, and screaming in pain with no known cause.
