ERod looks like Tim Kennedy to me. Hope I'm wrong.
- Lunaion

I see him as a guy that chips in goals maybe 10 or more like a Tyler Kennedy

That's gonna cause some people to turn in their seats.

I almost wonder if the sabres want some good seats back in their hands. Especially before we become good again? Then they can charge top $, instead of stub hub taking a clip.

We can't possibly be this bad forever. They spend tons of money on marketing and studies.

The lockout looming, the building needs some upgrades.
Sabres really need to take care of their fan base.

You are right about this game on Saturday this week. Highest average ive seen all year. Has to make the holders happy for once.

I mean even Saturday games are maxing out at $40 for 100s and still not selling. My buddy is 116 row 12 center ice. He offers me every single game.

Been to about 15 games this year with my son for a total of maybe $150 all 100s most on the glass.

Nice. I try and sell most of my tickets to games that I know I can't attend early in the season. Before the puck drops.

Now with jack hurt, it can't get worse

It was a dumb move signing vanek, but the sabres had too.
The fan base would have even been more angry.

Vanek was making Ror $ - 12 years ago.
Close anyways

- Boss34

I disagree. If the gm has a plan and sticks to it then so be it.
The thought that he darcy did it to save face is absurd. If he wanted to save face he would have let him walk and stuck to his plan and been rewarded with 4 extra firsts for doing so. He fumbled the ball bigtime with that move imo.

"Garbage" is obviously an exaggeration. More like painfully average and terribly overrated.

And some of their better songs are rip offs

- chilliard77

An exaggeration? Shocking.

Rip offs of who? Or do you mean to say Coldplay is a rip off of Radiohead?

My other buddy has row 2 in the 300s, i love his seats, great view. He is done this year, he said he cant do it anymore. I don't blame him. I know the waiting list is still long but i'd imagine most of those people turn them down when offered.

Could have ownership been calling the shots?

Darcy did really like vanek. Hard to say what really went on behind closed doors.

Why wouldn't he want both drury and brierre if possible?
Was he the only guy on the planet that didn't notice they were good at hockey?

His hands were tied to some degree. In my opinion

Hopefully people will stop female doging about season tickets after this year. People act like Russ Brandon will break your knees if you don't renew

300 row 2 is the worst season ticket in the building.

End zone 312, 313, 314 , 326, 327and 300 are $30 each.
Even for row 3

Row 2 , $52 each I believe. So $22 × 41 x 2 seats.
For a cushioned seat.

I qualified my non-female doging a few posts ago.

I'm fine with my seats, gonna renew again. No one is forcing me. It's business.

That's a sane attitude. I'm so sick of Schopp (I don't listen much) and the BN harping on this. "No one is able to resell their tickets." If you can't afford the tix without reselling, don't buy them. It's a choice. And some - not you - act like they're saints for sticking with it.

Creep is very similar to "The Air That I Breathe" by The Hollies, Karma Police is very similar to "Sexy Sadie" by The Beatles. I think there's more but I can't remember right now.

I say "similar to" even though it's my opinion that they're rip offs. I obviously can't say for certain how their writing process went without being there, but listen for yourself and draw your opinion.

As a musician who writes his own songs (as you are, too), I can honestly say that there are a gazillion songs that are derivative of other songs, artists, ideas, riffs, lyrics etc etc etc.

There are only so many notes and chord progressions you can use before they start repeating in some fashion.

Jimmy Page was the master of plagiarism, and yet was part of quite possibly THE most influential rock band ever. The irony.

I know how it is being a musician myself too. I'm usually one to give bands a pass. But when the songs your band is most well known for are very similar to other songs, it's suspect.
