How about:

trading Glenn for a 2nd next Year
Trading down with the kc pick for a 2nd this year and 1st or 2nd next.
Draft o line and d line, line backer
Keep tyrod.
Go 4 -12 or 5-11.
Trade those picks if you need to move up form the 8 spot.

Keeping ty and going 4-12 goes hand and hand.
