This Management is starting to piss me off....
They post that memo and then they do nothing.
All that has done is led us to speculation and now that we have gone through every trade itiration there is nothing left to talk about and they have completely killed this blog because there is nothing left to talk about as we sit and wait.

That stupid memo is what led them to not receiving any acceptable offers for whomever one was made for yet.

They should have simply come out and said without any written memo:
"We are still not giving up hope for this season, due currently to the proximity of the Eastern Conf. teams for a Wild Card spot playoff entry, (& specifically, those in our own Metro. Div.). But we will gladly consider any very reasonable offer should one be made for any of our upcoming summer free agents, and other players that would have been thought to have been completely unavailable, with the absolute exception of Henrik Lundqvist and Brady Skjei."
(Then follow with whatever word choice to thank their devoted fans.)

Instead, they played like a high end retailer in stating:
"Everything in the store is up to 75% off our price tags selling price".
So those inquiring on the higher end goods (McDonagh, Nash, & Grabner), are coming in likely with offers (if already made) a lot lower than what they expected the Rangers management to settle for in exchange for any of them.
How many other obvious sellers to be, have copied in issuing a similar memo of selling? Only one thus far in Vancouver.

Coming to Tony's defense here.. you need to back off.
Also who are you to make fun of a goalie with a seeing eye dog who can't bring it onto the ice with him.

I don't understand your point here, &/or am unaware of Tony being sort of a blind goalie, as per your confusing choice of words here. I surely never knew that Tony was disabled, (IF THAT IS THE CASE).
Tony earlier posted that he was a skater in a men's league, and had 6 points in his playoff game, after tallying only 7 for the entire season. I was simply teasing him about that, after he, including on this blog, has teased me on his posts, including when not replying to one of mine.

I was thinking along the same lines. Why telegraph you feel the season is over and looking to sell and seem desperate to get anything you can instead of putting out feelers. The other GMs aren't idiots, they know the deal.
