I think when you haven't won a Cup since 1967 and you have a chance, you go for it and worry about that later

They are either at the point, or at a minimum real close to the point, where they are they type of team that might consider adding rentals at the deadline. They have graduated to contender status and with that means not selling your pending UFAs for prospects anymore.
