Its been a great year.
And to think...Matthews was injured for a bit.
Kadri went 20 games scoring only 1 point
Marner barely scored until January
Nylander only had 8 goals until January (although both had alot of assist)

And the team is "inconsistent" with "suspect" D. Had the NHL not f'd up the playoff format we'd be talking about who we would be playing in the 2nd round....and not worried about TB or Boston.

I'm not putting too much stock in the shots against total.. They were up 2-0, and then 4-2, against a desperate hockey team that is fighting for a playoff spot..

Any idea where I can find a chart that shows where Columbus' shots were coming from? When they said 40 something after 2 I really wanted to see because I missed the 1st and most of the 2nd.

very true, with rotating partners and multiple occasions of Polak and Zaitzev paired up.
you just know there is no chance of clean breakout with that pairing out there together.
