So basically our $23.975M D sucks (Shatty, Staal, McD, Smith, Holden and Skjei)

And our $5.730M D looks good (Holden, Skjei, Pionk, Deangelo, Gilmour and Sproul)

Sad, but true. Funny to see Holden as the "#1".

How'd Sproul play?

Wonder if Jan got fed up and flagged Tom. Seemed like he had enough yesterday.
- Fenrir

Nope, I did not. And to clear up any questions before they are raised, I didn’t flag Dundee as well. Fine with taking flak and pushback, as long as respectful and doesn’t hurt the blog.

I must admit it’s nice and quiet around here with Mr. Burton taking a time out.... wanted or not!

He did it to himself. He was being a complete wienerhead.

I put Holden first simply because he's got the biggest cap hit

Sproul did ok. Not as noticeable as Pionk, Gilmour and Deangelo though, which all had very good games imho.

And that's commendable, Jan. But, neither one of them was being respectful. To you, or the rest of us.
...and also for the record, I only flagged Dundee that 1st time and never did for Tom.

He wasn’t terrible. He got beat for a semi breakaway but recovered enough to prevent a real good shot against. Not as noticeable as my boy Gilmour. Or poink or Deangelo. All of them were firing shots from anywhere.

That’s just it. We’re all grown men here and it’s maddening how disrespectful one person can be to peers on an effin website. Good god. With the sarcasm and blatant arrogance. 99% of us joke around and actually have conversations, not that ass clown

For the record I would never under any circumstances call someone else a pedofile unless it’s someone like him

From Carp’s wrote up today: “Their (the young d-men) gaps are good, they don’t over-pursue the puck as so many of their veterans (Ryan McDonagh, et al) do, and they don’t evacuate the area in front of the net, which has been a bad habit for three seasons”
