I knew a guy who got in a fight at a bar, and after he knocked the guy down, the guy hit his head on the curb and died. He went to jail for manslaughter.

If you have ever had to venture into the restroom there you can see the hate between the local natives and whites written all over the walls.

There has been stabbings in minor hockey games in NB.

It is not a happy place.

To me this is what we have become, everything has to be black or white, one or the other, one right and one wrong. IMO both parties were wrong. The fact that people can't grasp that concept and apply a sense of perspective around appropriating justice is quite frankly sad.

The fact remains though, he did not know these kids were gang members, if they were. He did not know what they had been up to or if these were the ones that had been to his farm before.

He saw 4 native kids drive up to his property, and told his son to go get a gun.

Growing up on the farm in the eighties, I used to ride my bike into other neighboring farms all the time, and not once did I think I might be shot. Should I had been worried?
