If a group of guys were, in whatever way, threatening the security of my family, I'm not sure I'd act all cool and collected myself.

For example, if someone were to get into my house during the night, I won't warn him before I bash his skull with a baseball bat.

I just can't take the chance something horrible could happen to my girlfriend or my kids.

I am not blaming him either. But he killed someone and that should be jail time.

I knew a guy who got in a fight at a bar, and after he knocked the guy down, the guy hit his head on the curb and died. He went to jail for manslaughter.

How this guy gets nothing for shooting someone in the head is baffling.
