If the NHL were still using the pt system from before 1999, the Buffalo Sabres would have a pts% of .295 and the Arizona Coyotes would have a pts% of .286.

MTL and TOR have each had 1 season that bad in their 100 yrs of existence (MTL in 1939-40 - .260, TOR 1918-19 - .278)

these are all time bad teams.

BUF was a .262 team under the pre-99 pt system in 2014-15.

And a .244 team in 2013-14.

These are some all-time bad results... being a Sabres fan must really really suck.

I didn't understand that terms of what happened when he went to LA. Man if we could do that I would transfer his 5 million dollar ass to Rochester to save that sinking ship asap.

Yeah, he's not a member of that organization, the reign simply allowed him to play there. It was a favor for Moulson, but the Pegulas still sign his checks.

If you're only looking at the won loss record you're not looking at the entire picture.

Beyond that, I will not engage with you.

He'll be back hanging out with his buddies from high school in the bar they used to underage drink in. Nothing to see here.

Long term big concerns?
- washedup20

Pretty sure he "passed" the MRI,
But the knee is receiving treatment.

Probably sprained, but a concern for sure

Not sure how big of a concern.

As long as he's here and healthy ready to go for Training camp 2018. I'm ok with shutting him down.

Speaking of the good old days, does anyone else remember when the Sabres fans had a fantasy draft and elected 2 captains to pick teams?

There was a lot of camaderie back then and most of the old timers don’t post anymore.

Each team had like 12 regular posters in it. It was fun and better than what this is. Capt rivet, madcow, cowmad, hotsaucebluecheese, ripped fuel, homer, twisted twister, ray, homie, 89, indy, etc. there was a guy with the slam dancing girl as avatar (Eric form. Uff?) And Ddh, Psyolin sounds, maximum signal, goose

I AM NOT A TROLL!!! TEXTINGSOURCES24/7 And Rico and the wing picture that caused the site to shut down around the time of the Campbell trade I believe.

I am even for allowing buffalo hard hat back. Just to keep things interesting.

Here's a good rumor:

Spoke with an "employee " of the sabres..

Who has spoken with the trainer:

Eichel's knee is messed up Pretty bad: (left knee)
Sabres are not announcing his injury, but there is some pretty big concerns. Receiving treatment a few times daily.

Sabres are keeping fans hopeful for his return. To continue to sell tickets.

This shouldn't be a huge surprise, jack was folded back pretty uncomfortably
