ALL those guys are easily tradable

And moving Bogo makes room for the goalies

Also...

WE AREN'T GETTING TAVARES ANYWAY

And it’s not bc we don’t have the Cap space

So if u make it a reasonable target like JvR (if that’s even reasonable)...
then there’s another 5mil in Cap Space

We have the Cap room to make moves
Or can easily get it

Not complicated

- jdfitz77

I don't know why you feel the need to make such extreme statements, it's what gets you in trouble here with everyone.

We don't have much cap space, about 6m after you extend our RFA's. You think we can make moves to create space. There's a big difference between the two.

Making some of these moves, without bringing back salary, is not easy at all.

This is why i want him to get a good run at 2C. Play him with people not named griffith and girgensons while he's got the hot hand and see if he can create or not.

As of now im 50/50

Agree
Not like it can hurt

Kane-Sam-Okposo

See how it goes?

I’d rather keep Sam in this scenario, and I agree.

Compher is going to be a good player

I really think he could handle it. The line he was on before was generating o-zone time just not producing probably cause he had literally pylons for linemates.

Larsson, Girgs & Beaulieu...
that’s 5.5mil without taking on any salary

U really think we can’t get rid of them for picks?

Lehner is movable as well

Might SOME of what i suggest (Bogo?) not be as easy as i make it seem?
Ok, that’s fair to say

But teams figure out the Cap EVERY year

Even IF Tavares was gonna come here...
we could find a way to make it all work out

The extra 2nil we pay ROR & Okposo isn’t preventing us from doing anything

Kinda tough to read but appears as though O'Reilly has a huge edge defensively while Reinhart tends to create more 5v5 with less ice time

I was so annoyed when i saw it was
Pouliot-Sam-Griffith
to start the season

The chances of that line scoring goals regularly was slim

I agree to play him with some legit talent

Maybe it still won’t work
No harm in taking a look though
This season is a bust

They're per 60. I couldn't tell at first cause nothing was listed at the top or sides but says it at the bottom.

yeah so the "with less ice time" argument doesn't hold water, right?

Honest answer is I don't know. They've all hurt their value this year, and you want to give them all away for cap space. My gut says this would be tough to pull off.

compared league wide no but it would support the idea that they're complimentary guys.

Looking at the stats, It also hasn't been updated in a bit.

No we stole him from one of those idiot GMs

Aren’t you the one saying we should send Sam packing to get a Dman? This makes you officially “all over the map” in old guy references your friend doesn’t like.

Or “switching horses midstream”

I doubt it
Not saying we’d get much back
But a 5th for Beaulieu?
3rd/4th for Larsson & Girgs

That seems very reasonable to me

Especially at the deadline when all playoff teams are looking for depth
