bill didn't touch on this in his write up from last night, but i think it's worth noting that hak benched gudas the rest of the 3rd period after his poopty turnover turned into zac rinaldo's tying goal...because of course rinaldo. that's going with 5 d and mixing pairs for almost entire period because of a mistake by a veteran. will be interesting to see what happens tonight.

i am steamed he continues to roll that unit out there but he's not going to break up gost/provorov...so that leaves hagg/amac to split. is it a matter of rearranging deck chairs? kinda' seems like it.

It just seems to make the most sense. AMac is most effective when paired with a good puck moving, skilled partner and Hägg is an upgrade over Manning on the 3rd pair.

i don't know that they'd believe it, since gost said he and lyon "did what they can do". coot's balls aside, this statement is really stuck in my craw.

hopefully neuvirth uses it as motivation. he's capable of being lights out as we all know.
