With pretty much every game televised, what's wrong with home team "homers" calling the games. Would be fun. Makes me think Rene Rancourt can't sing the national anthem anymore cuz he's Bruins biased, and with that task, shouldn't he be neutral?

Their problem is that (1) they're terrible at what they do - don't know the players, don't know what's taking place 90% of the time and (2) they go out of their way to avoid even talking about the leafs. Hell last night they're complaining about the leafs interfering with karlsson on the empty net goal and karlsson is the one that is interfering with marner. They're just a bunch of haters.

Only guy I feel bad for is Stone. He's a darn good player and worked his ass off to get his skating to an NHL level and then to being very good. In his draft year the guy was as slow as Jason Allison.

Simpson doesn't even try to hide his lifelong hared of the Leafs. He was seething with anger last night on the empty netter.
