Pk has been sad this season

I miss PEB (he was under appreciated in some parts)

I always thought PEB was a good role player. He caught some flak by some but he was great on the PK and worked hard on the 4th line. He got lifted up to the 3rd line and that was when he started to get a bit exposed imo

These downhill skiers going 65+ mph. Insane

In my opinion I think the coaches view the PK issues as more about execution issues such as winning battles for pucks, getting sticks in passing lanes, bearing down on clears etc. Lappariere was a strong penalty killer in the NHL and there really aren't that many variations in PK style and strategy. As a fan I think it's reasonable to suggest that if one strategy isn't working, and it clearly isn't then make a change. Even if they would change strategy and play more aggressively and change the assistant who handles the PK, the issues they have would still need to improve.

That game misconduct was lame but damn 4 PP goals on a major penalty with 6 minutes left. So islanders to give up the lead after that too
