Lehner. God no. The guy is Cechmanek crazy. Who knows what he would do behind a team that plays defense, but he is in no way someone I would trade assets for.
There are a couple guys I would trade for but I wouldn't give up much at all. Halak is still someone I really like. Craig Andersons contract is a real shame because he would've been a great target

So much for not criticizing the poster. Have a nice day. And , FWIW, I think you are dead wrong. Giving your team a better chance to make the playoffs and perhaps win a round or even 2 with a little luck is easily worth parting with a 2nd round pick when you are holding 2 firsts, at least one pick in every other round, and are as deep with prospects as the Flyers are right now.

I didn't criticize you personally, I criticized your opinion. I think it's a bad move. No way should they give up a 2nd round pick for a goaltender. This is not a team that should be making that kind of deal to make a run. They're not ready for that. All the other picks are irrelevant. It's funny how this board changes, Flyers need to stop trading their picks, the more you have the better the odds of getting good players after the first round. Now Elliott gets injured, let's trade a 2nd round pick, we've got plenty of picks.
