Dang dude, hang in there. You got plenty of other toes, no worries!

Any antibiotics yet? Little one time dalbavancin? poop sticks around for 6 weeks, long enough to treat osteo. Better than daily infusions.

The thing with infections is that they can be very easily be cured. Glad you caught it early enough and took action before you lost anything more major. Cheers bro

Wow, hope you get well soon, that’s some scary stuff!! I’m feeling a lot better, just a lingering cough. Just glad to be in the warmth and sunshine and very much enjoying wearing my Eagles jersey all over town!

Hey BiggE how you doing in the keys? I chuckled the other day when you said you were sick, but still better then being in Philly cold. I was thinking the same thing, had a cold which rolled in to nausea and vomiting. Thought this is the flu.
Wrong answer. Had a blister on my foot which was now infected. Long story short, been in hospital since Wed night and they amputated my little toe and some other bone. Waiting for results of an MRI to see if they got it all. So all of you hockey buzzer, please keep me in your thoughts, I can use some good vibes.
Of course I missed the only (frank)ing Superbowl parade ever. I hope I recorded it.

Oh, let's go Flyers.

Thanks, pretty much how I saw it too.

I get that Weise brings much more size, but if you don’t use that size to your advantage, it becomes a non factor. Way too often since he came to Philly, Weise has just looked disinterested and been a non factor game in and game out. I’d much rather have the smaller, but much more motivated player in the lineup.

Anyhow, thanks for getting back to me and thanks for doing such a great job covering the Flyers for us!

- flyer_nutter

Could be. Don't need to interrogate the guy though.

On a similar note, something that surprised me was finding out according to the IDSA diabetics are no more susceptible to pseudo than non-diabetics are. It's a myth that you need to be concerned for pseudo in diabetics.

Stop interrogating me ! LOL

Recent diabetic. Have had neuropathy for 20 years, so my feet are completely numb. This is the culprit. If you can't feel your feet, hard to tell when something is wrong.

Screw that, Flyers whacked TBL, and ended their 9 game home streak. Think the Caps had a streak going at home too. Flyers have been good on the road this year. Vegas is going down.
Guys have been good on the back end of the b to b's.
Oh, they broke up a streak in Stl.
If my memory is fuzzy, screw all of you, I'm hopped up on morphine.

You're not the only one, just take solace knowing it could have been a lot worse. You'll come out on top, no question. Cheers again man, relax and don't let some crap like this slow you down

I'd like to throw my hat into the Darcy Keumper ring for a Neuvy replacement if we're still talking about that.

On another note- if this team's pk was league average we'd be talking about who we'd like to match up against in the first round, not how we need to keep winning to stay in a playoff spot.

I have a been a believer that the PK is so (frank)ing bad because it's so passive. However, I think its personnel has a lot to do with that. Slugs have to play passively because if they're aggressive, the get burned. That's what happens if you're not quick on your feet. You get burned and exploited.

In other words, their PK is so bad because it's so passive because it has to be considering how slow most of their PKers are. In a perfect world I'd overhaul it completely. Bring in 2 more guys who are good on the PK, get a new coach, and go from there. It's tough to see.

But that's just, like, my opinion, man

Only if he’s hanging in the bushes outside BiggE’s Keywest retreat....then I’d be concerned.

It’s obvious the passive box is a strategy. They use it even when they have guys that can skate.

I swear they have some bromance with Lappy and maybe the players like him because they can relate a bit more? Who knows. Dude needs to be flipping patties.

I'm all for him sticking around if the players like him as a liason or whatever but the dude just can't coach the PK it hasn't worked for 3 years
