The flyers are going to have a good chunk of their roster with double digit goals this season. 9 already I believe. |

lot's of panic passes and errant plays - Mordecai
Gudas and Manning getting burned out there big time. How bad of a pair have they been man, they do not work well at all in their own zone together, both guys need to be with a puck mover to succeed. |

Highest scoring Flyers team since 2010?? - FreshFlyer
I was trying to think which season we accomplished a very similar stat. Def was 2010 or even 2011. Regardless, secondary scoring HAS improved this season, as well as our top guy’s production. Memeber we thought Schenn’s production would be difficult to make up? |

Schenn was always over rated as a Flyer at least in my opinion. One guy I've been impressed with this season is Raffl. Things weren't going his way to start the year, but he's kept playing the same game he always brings and the goals have started to come for him. But yeah with TK and Patrick taking the next steps, the Flyers have pretty much made up for losing Schenn. |

I beg to differ, if you put him with Provy that'd be a very solid pairing. But we all have different opinions - FreshFlyer
Ummm. Risto can't hold Ghost's jock (I'm obsessed with jocks, sue me). One of the more overrated d-men in the league. Have you even factored in that almost all his scoring is on the PP? He isn't touching PP1 here. We have enough PP d-men. And he's terribly overrated. Just ew. And an ew. And another ew.
I think Sanheim can be better than him long-term. EW. |

Risto plays like an insane amount of minutes per game and people equate that to him being a really good defenseman but he's really not at all. |

Like I said we all have different opinions. When I've seen Risto play I've liked his game. He is a product of his environment in Buffalo, put him on a better team and he'll look a lot better. Only so much you can do when Jake Mccabe is your d partner |

I disagree. I know it's gonna be the same old "you're defending Schenn because you love Schenn" but if we keep Schenn, Schenn forces Weise out of the line up and Lehtera never comes here at all. I think we have a more complete team. If anything, I think Schenn was being held back. Heck, clearly Couturier was being held back by playing behind Giroux as well.
The debate is officially over. Brayden Schenn is a center. |

It’s cool, but I disagree. Does G move to LW / does Couts move to top line and top PP if Schenn isn’t traded? I don’t think so imo. |

Exactly, Schenn was given ample opportunity to show he could be a center here and didn't. Not sure if another year here would have suddenly brought that out of him. Guy was a decent producer here but he was never one to drive the play or create chances, and I don't think that ever would have happened if he stayed. Frost is looking like a real steal, and if a re draft of the past years draft was done he probably would have been picked considerably higher. Even with having to take on Lehtera as dead weight I'll take Frost and the extra 1st for Schenn every day of the week. |

I like Sanheim better, and Risto is overrated, but he isn't that bad. Would never trade for him tho! |

Our second unit PP is still irrelevant. Patrick may need another couple seasons to become the next big thing. Giroux, Voracek and Simmonds are all a hop, skip and a jump from 30. Our depth at forward is still weak. I cannot stand our forth line. Schenn is still having a great season in St Louis because he's free from playing out of position. What if Schenn was playing in Patrick's spot between Voracek and Simmonds right now and our current top line stays intact? We're a better team. |
