Anyone take a peak at the thread regarding the price for Jack Johnson? That writer believes CBJ can get a first rounder for him. If that's so, then the Rangers should easily get that for Nash, for Grabner, for McD, Zucc...hell..it raises the value of Holden.

#NYR announce @johngilmour93 has been recalled from @WolfPackAHL, while Smith cleared waivers and was assigned to Hartford.

With John Gilmour called up, either Kampfer or Holden should get scratched, likely Kampfer. We should see McD, Skjei, Pionk, Gilmour, ADA and one of Holden/Kampfer moving forward until Staal is back.

Skjei definitely on the move today.

Redden was apparently a trooper. Never complained and played a mentor to the younger guys with the Pack.

Very true.

Thats why I don't like ripping him. His skills diminished, but he took the best he could from it and help the organization's younger dmen.

Hopefully, Smith wakes up down there and makes up for it the next three years of his contract.

He's a good skater, has skills w/ puck, he big/tough.........It just seems like he's mindfuuked. Maybe its a combination coming into camp out of shape and playing for this very flawed team and he's trying to do too much. We'll see next year b/c no one is trading for him

Scratch Holden since he actually has some interest around the league.

Mcdonagh to Tampa makes too much sense, they can have a return for us that's useful and it forces their hand on someone after next season if they decide to keep him
