what if they acquired multiple first rounders and got one of these guys later, are you ok with that? or are these guys off limits totally - jimbo83
Meh, maybe.
But Quinn Hughes might be. Can't have a 5'9 LHD be a 1st round pick in today's NHL. |

Yeah, that size is just not passable unless he is the second coming of Bobby Orr. |

Just hope the Rangers don't draft Joel Farabee, Joe Veleno or Quinn Hughes with that top 10 pick this year and I'll be fine. - tomburton99

You can have undersized guys on the back end. But the need to be physically strong. Quin Hughes isn't |

If there had earlier been any hope for playoff contention, A.V., Arnie, and Ruffy should have all been canned on Jan. 15th, ironically the day prior to them defeating the Flyers 5-1, in their last dominating game win of 3 for the season. (Their only other two wins by more than 3 goals acme against Carolina (6-1 & 5-1), with some extra unusual aid from Darling in net.
This team had tuned out A.V. and Co. for good just prior to that win, in their last 2 of 3 straight losses. Those occurred after a 2-1 loss at Vegas on Jan. 7th, (followed next by 5 consecutive days off), in those back to back routs by the Islanders (at MSG) and Penguins (at Pit.), (7-2 & 5-2 on Jan. 13th & 14th, all respectively). That was the time to change the bench voices for the intent of also salvaging the season. That Vegas loss began a 13 games current stretch in going 3-10-0, with 30 Goals For and 53 G.A.
But now is the time to do so, in addition to replacing Gorton if possible, PRIOR TO any transactions being made by the 18 days away, trade deadline for youth movement purposes. Since the majority of them have now appeared officially greater so, to quit playing for A.V., that speaks of some dissension & something else wrong behind the scenes as well. So unless the right deal is out there, you can't otherwise give up yet on a Hayes, Miller, plus Buch. & Vesey (both prior to being injured), especially with the ways that A.V. has mishandled them in shifting them all over the place with anyone on any line. Let's see how they will respond under a new voice and system during a re-tooling or greater. |

Lol. Lock N Chase was responsible for my mother's video game addiction!! She played that game with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth about 6 hours a day! Then moved on to Tetris (which I was also a master of!!!) |
