They should Fire AV and give the team to Ruff & guarantee better odds in the lottery draft. Trade Mac, Nash, Grabs, Zucc for picks and retool this roster. I would certainly list to offers for Hank and let Pav finish the season. This team needs a full reboot.

I'm not ready to access every player until AV is gone and we see them coached by someone else, Nash and Grabs are FA's and Mac is one after next season, there's at least reason to trading them
