I still think that's a long shot. Not impossible, but if I had the option of picking Tkachuk or wading into the murkier 7-8-9 range and then again late in the round...I'd probably lean towards the one higher-end kid. Depends on the team and their needs, but you just don't see teams "moving up" in the early first round much.
