Burrish and Jamal right on, sayin it without sayin it, Bunch of Pussies! No heart or drive, 39 easy shots on goal.

You see the tools, but decision making at times has been very poor. He also has made some excellent plays forcing turnovers on the forecheck and moving the puck with accurate passes. This is a development year so he should learn right where he is, next to Toews on and off the ice.

Lets hope he learns and improves but at the moment he's not a top 2 line winger on a good NHL team.

What was it - triple overtime?

They had almost nothing in the third - Wingles’ post wax about it - no pressure on Bishop - Stars did a nice job protecting the one goal lead.

I wonder if it is actually hard for teams to protect their net against the Hawks. The Hawks do the same exact thing over and over and over again. perimeter play, drop passes, cross ice passes, drop passes, skate the perimeter, shoot the puck into an opponents shins.

this team scares absolutely nobody. that's their problem. get some size. every other team has speed and size. they need to add size. badly. that should be a priority moving into next season. every time I ask myself why I am bothering watching this team right now, I remind myself sadly that this is a year or rebuilding. their younger players are totally out matched. hopefully there will be benefits and lessons learned from this all moving forward because they suck.

hawks played a pretty decent game for 119 minutes...careless with the puck (again) cost them 2 goals in a minute..another TO and soft goal by forsberg...missed a wide open cage..
and dallas was outstanding blocking shots and active sticks keeping the hawks to the outside...

and that equals their 6th strt home loss...5th str loss overall and 8 of the last 10...
and 4th strt loss after scoring 1st goal...

the end of season preseason has now begun...

Since the five game win streak ended on December 17: 7-11-3.

They’ve lost 2/3 of their games since then.

I am surprised he's been a fixture on line 1 and the PP. Q must like what he sees with other potential winger options like Saad, Vinnie and Hartman.

I ain't afraid of Tommy Wingles and I'm 60 + with a peg leg! Give him an A for effort but , he scares no one, he should have taken Rousell up on his challenge , got nothing to lose, typical BlackHawk Puss move, Skate away from the bell after you stir crap. this team , small soft as sh. It and NO HEART! Sorry boys, call it like you see it!

so lets predict the post game comments...

need to get excited and play a consistent 60 minutes
puck management needs to be better: we had it...lost it and found it in our net
we need that one win to get us going
i can be better...we can all be better
still have 27 games left...anything can happen...

oh BTW was saad scratched...didn't see him....if not he will be soon...bouma has to have his turn with toews...

Enzo, gotta ask, how many other teams would Vinny actually crack the line up other than Ottawa or this crap? Same with Kempney, Rutta, Gusteffson or Osterle? What a bunch of ---T. All 5 of those guys are AHL players in Tampa's, or other top teams system. This is all Stan Bowmans garbage buddy!

Saad's confidence with the puck, speed, and just overall play are MIA. Good teams find ways win to win close games, bad teams find ways to lose them. This is a bad team.

IMO, Stan needs to try and trade a young forward for a young Dman this summer. Schmaltz should be untouchable as he's a center, but any of Duclair, Hinostroza, Saad, or Debrincat should be available for the right defender IMO.

Preaching to the choir my friend. But does Bowman get another year to fix it? 2 years? How long is the rope and does he have the ability to make the tough moves to turn this around before 19+88 are 35?

2-6-2 in the last 10 when they needed a push for the playoffs.

I really hope there is some sort of plan and that this season was a hope for the best and expect the worst kind of situation. This team just looks defeated from the get go every game right now.

12 goals in the last 8 home games = 1-6-1...

the hawk secondary market for tickets is officially in a bear market...

To start with ... Q and Bowman both get canned on 4/10. Trade whatever you can off this team. Start with DK and go from there.

the hawks have about 7-8 guys that are here because of the cap and a $46 mildo going to 6 players...

when your capped you need to find euro dmen, play 20 year olds, a semi retired sharp, a plug named bouma, a couple of other raw dmen..

Gonna switch one on ya, DBrincat should be untouchable and Schmaltz should DEFINITELY be in play for a young defender. Hinostroza is an AHL player, Duclair gets 1more year, Saad and Seabrooke need Chris Chelios's summer boot camp! Both of those guys look out of shape.

Holy Sh-t! You gotta be kidding me Stan!
