bills still have a lot of holes--dt, de, lb, wr, ol--to plug--and not a lot of cap-space...hopefully they'll be able to use free agency and the draft to take care of at least a couple of those

Nope they have until a certain time frame to work out a long term deal if they don't reach an agreement by then, then the tag remains the cap hit
