I am watching it next week

Saw it on firestick

the new pacific rim looks really good

- homiedclown

Idk about Pacific Rim. I hated the American Godzilla. It's all over-produced and Pacific Rim looks like an Evangelion rip-off.

They try too hard to stylize everything now, too many explosions and CGI. I just like guys in rubber suits destroying sets.

The best 'new' Kaiju movie of the past decade was The Host. It was a South-Korean film. Very good.

Somehow it sounds like you’re blaming Luck

I don’t get it?

- jdfitz77

I'm not at all, I'm saying he's way more injured than Brees was. Brees had a straightforward torn labrum with a straightforward no setback recovery.

He is a top 10 QB
- SABRES 89

I’ve got 11 right now i think are better

Brady
Rodgers
Brees
Roethlisberger
Wilson
Luck
Ryan
Stafford
Newton
Rivers
Wentz

Cousins (IMO) is somewhere in this group
(Order is arguable)

Carr
Watson (small sample, but was insane)
Keenum
Prescott
Winston
Goff
A.Smith
Mariota
Garopollo (another small sample, i know)

So I’ve got Cousins somewhere between 11-20

Probably closer to 11
But there’s some who could jump over him next season

he already is

5th in passer rating 2015

7th in 2016

pryor did not help hm this year, nor did losing jackson

- homiedclown

Passer rating is a bad way to “rank” QBs

For a guy who was supposed to be ready for training camp to be shut down, not even trying by mid season is sure as poop not a good sign that he's healthy.

Tyrod also had a higher QBR than Cousins this year.

Yes, I know QBR is not passer rating.

I disagree. It tells a lot that the greatest Qb's of all-time also have a rating almost unanimously over 85. There are a few modern QB's who benefit from the rule changes and "golden-era" of passing, but we all know who they are. And even still, some of these guys are better than we give them credit for.

The actual Quarterback rating is also a wonderful equation.

Keenum is not a better QB then Cousins, he just happened to land on a team with a great line, very good WR's and a very good system that works for him. He's a scrub that's always been bad and will get paid for no reason except for the team he was on.

Well that’s just ONE guy who i put in the same grouping as Cousins
So even if i agree with you,
Cousins is still no better than 12th right now

I think Keenum is the real deal
Be careful with calling guys “system”
U said the same thing about Kucherov

Sometimes it’s true
Other times its not
TBD on Keenum still (imo)

Regardless...
i don’t see how u can put Cousins ahead of anyone on that top11 list i made

No way man
There’s WAY WAY WAY too many inconsistencies

Look at Elway’s career numbers for example & the guys ahead of him in passer rating

QBR is better, but still flawed
For this year,
Tyrod for example is ahead of Cousins & Cam Newton, & Carr

Prescott finished 4th, even though he was good in about half his games & played average-poor for a big chunk of the season

He's ahead of Keenum that's for sure, Cousins has proven himself, the only thing Keenum has proven is nothing. He's a scrub and has been a scrub. You damn right I said that about Kucherov, take him off Tampa and lets see. Not that i'm saying he's not good because he is but he's a product of how good Tampa is also. These guys are very good in the system they are in 2 totally different players in 2 totally different sports your talking about.

I feel bad for any team that gives Keenum a crap tone of money and if i'm wrong, I got no problem admitting it I won't run from it like some will.

Still...
Keenum is ONLY ONE guy
And not even in the list of Top11 guys i posted

I’m not saying Cousins isn’t good...
just not top10

Idk why u are so focused on Keenum?

I'm not focused on him you are, he's been a scrub since before he got to the Vikings, no way is he even close to Cousins. not that it matters we aren't getting him anyway.

I think this is all pretty damning evidence on this supposedly '83 challenging QB class. At least as far as immediate success.

It could be them telegraphing that they're going Allen and let him sit for a couple years to get ready.

I think right now

brady
brees
rodgers
cam
maybe ben

after that, you are really putting 12 qb's in a hat and any one of them can be close to the list

cousins is one of those and I would rank him higher then half in the hat
