Remember a couple of weeks ago Evander Kane and Justin Falk got into a heated argument during a Sabres practice? They were arguing over Kanes hard check on Zach Bogosian. Bogosian is having hip surgery resulting from injury from that hit and is out the rest of the season.

It's the right move. Underlying numbers have the Rangers as not good. No point in making the playoffs as the 8th seed and getting demolished 1st round, it's basically a participation trophy.

But he was kinda right bc the Rangers didn’t want Shattenkirk. He called them up and basically said I’ll take w.e years and money to make me a NYR. That’s why he got substantially less in terms of money and years than what other teams were offering.
