Agreed.
Unfortunately, we end up with a majority of the super soft ones. Other than Lars Lindgren and Ohlund, the rest have fallen in the soft category.
I will give some credit to Sedin's, though I have never been fans, they have put up with a lot of poop over the years and have always been class acts. - Reubenkincade
Man I loved Ohlund. Growing up watching him battle versus Iginla was awesome.

EP OJ AG PH and TD in?
BG MDZ EG MG and JN out? - VANTEL
TP?
JN?
Granlund is fine as a bottom 6 player. Pitches in and good defensively. If we don't get a solid offer this year, MDZ in next year is fine. I wouldn't mind OJ starting in the AHL unless he dominates as I don't want him ruined. Too much is riding on him becoming a top 2. |

The more I watch Darren Archibald crumple large men with big hits, the more I think I’d like to see him get a two way deal down the stretch and get into games with the Canucks. He is a man amongst boys on the ice. “The Gooch” is a bad, bad man

Too bad about the eye injury.
Closest we have ever been in having a legit#1 defenseman. |

Demko Neilssen - VANTEL
Ah, I think TD starts in the AHL next season and earns a call up, then Neilssen gets sent down. |

Benning added the Canucks are “on the lookout” for a Dorsett-type and might have one in Utica with Darren Archibald, a 6-3, 215-pound winger who returned to the lineup in late December after missing six weeks with a fractured cheekbone.
But Archibald, who would still have to sign an NHL contract, isn’t going to change the Canucks’ identity by himself. That will require other changes in the lineup.

Jake and MDZ did challenge Lewis last night but said his hand was taped . I think that's bullsh1t that's his problem not yours |

He is getting noticed in Utica. I thank after TDL it is possible especially if Guddy gets moved

I'd like to see that.
Always liked Archie.
Who is out if Archie and Gaudette get some games at the end of the season?
Vanek (trade)
And i suppose you could shut down dudes battling injuries...

I-Mac reading the blog again...
http://www.sportsnet.ca/h...among-rebuilding-canucks/
"What makes the outcry for toughness – for players to protect young guys like Boeser – confusing is that Dorsett and Gudbranson were frequently criticized, by fans and the media, even disparaged by many bloggers, when they played due to their relatively high salaries and relatively low possession numbers". |

We could use a little bit of his "sandpaper" in the lineup. He may be able to teach Jake a few things along the way.😁 |

If Lewis doesn't want to fight then you challenge Kopitar and drop him . |

Maybe if we were losing...i see the logic.
plus the kid is in the doghouse, probably not as keen to take risks as a DD would be. |
