Most teams slump at some point and time in the year, and I would say now is better than toward the end, but if they don't start winning soon it may be curtains for a Devils playoffs visit this year.

I’m not sure what I’m more angry about between the Wood penalties and the Marchand elbow to Mojo. The League better (frank)ing review and suspend him for that.

Hall was invisible last night.

I honestly think they've played better, on average, during this rough stretch than they were for much of the beginning of the year. Early on they won a bunch of games they shouldn't have. Right now it's been a lot of the opposite. Hopefully gets turned around soon.

Again our saving grace is that as we've been losing, so have teams like CBJ, NYR, NYI...even the Caps are still only a handful of points ahead of us. The only team in the Met that's been consistently good lately is the Flyers.

For all the talk earlier in the season on how good the Met is, the Central's 6th place team currently has more points than the Met's 2nd place team (us). The Met may still be super tight but it seemingly is a whole bunch of super okay teams bunched close together.
