there is no third line.. its Eichel and then everyone else is on the 4th line..

he has been playing well but no one can score away from eichel so apparently they are trying 8 million different combinations in order to get someone else to score

These lines are a joke.
It's frankly unbelievable. Let's have Baptiste go another 10 games without a goal because he's playing with Jordan (frank)ing Nolan. The Sabres should definitely be able to figure out what they have in him that way.

I wonder why we keep putting Kane with a slow footed center like Larson. I think Kane was developing chemistry with Rodirgues in November and I think he needs to play with speed to be effective.
With the above lines, I am now convinced that Housely was told by Botterill to tank at all costs. Every line is wrong. It's like the island of misfit toys. With Johnson in net and our horrible defence, I am thinking back-to-back 7 - 1 losses might be in order.
