I was referring mostly to his physicality/smacktalk/post whistle stuff, but he's played well too imo

I never heard anyone referred to as a Beast when they were spending a lot of time sucking.

What a night that we have reached this level of discourse.

What a boring freakin team. Was watching the paint dry on the wall, then decided to look over to the tv...fell asleep.

I’m losing the desire to watch anymore.

Pegula sure has found a way to lose the fan base for two (2) teams.
He should go drill another oil well.

- IonSabres

Wins and losses shouldn’t matter to fans. What’s important is that you have a bunch of choir boys playing for your teams. Don’t watch Sabres games for the hockey, watch for the next installment of Beyond Blue and Gold. This way you can be proud of the players on a team that sucks.

Griffith didn’t “beat him out”
All the young kids were sent to Rochester

And u didn’t answer the question....
What did u expect from Bailey (or any prospect who’s called up) while playing on the 4th line?

U say he squandered his chances,
but when he played with ROR this year he had 2 goals in 3 or 4 games
That’s pretty good if u ask me
Good enough to keep him on that line at least for a bit more to see if he can keep it up

- jdfitz77

Of course Griffith beat him out. That spot was there for Bailey's taking, and he got outplayed badly by Giffith in camp. My point is, he's not really a kid any more. He's 22 and has had 2 full seasons in Rochester. I don't view him as a top 6 prospect and I don't think he's owed a thing. He played his way down to the 4th line and back to Rochester.

What did I expect from him playing on the 4th line? To prove he deserves to stay in the NHL. Bailey, Fasching, and Baptiste are all older prospects at this point. None of them have taken advantage of their opportunities on a truly bad team. I hope one of them develops into a top 9 forward, but their stock has fallen a lot this year.

He was taking on 2 guys in his own zone while Wilson was playing hot potato with an outlet pass there.

He is not the problem

I’m not talking about the thing with the kid, I’m talking about the fans getting a pass to see the team come out of the locker room.
- Hatboro_Swords

What does that have to do with whether we win or lose?

Who cares?

Come on, don’t score in regulation, u get a minute and half of 4 on 3. This game has to be a regulation/OT win in the books

Were u asleep 2 Sunday’s ago when the Bills were in the playoffs?

I was bartending on New Year’s Eve & there was no less that 20 “hey hey hey hey” chants

U point might apply to the Sabres
But certainly not the Bills

9 is really bad at it and plays Eichel's spot.
