Not me. Look I get it is for a good cause and all and I feel bad for the kid, but come on. This organization goes overboard with publicizing the good samaritan image. Lovable losers. Just like that crap of letting the fans outside the locker room to greet the team as they go out to the ice in between periods. Best behavior boys. No swearing, this is a family atmosphere. Get out of here with that. That would piss me off as a player. Locker rooms should be private. Anything goes and should be able to be said in there. You used to be able to see players from both teams walk to their locker rooms at the Aud and you had better tell your kids to put on ear muffs if you didn’t want them to hear what came out of the players’ mouths. This probably won’t be a popular take.
