Now obviously I’m talking about an EXTREMELY small sample size from this year

But my OVERALL POINT (not just w Bailey),
is that prospects need to be played in the top9 when they’re called up

Putting them on the 4th line in a grinding role isn’t gonna show us if they can develop into scorers for us

And specifically to Bailey...
I’m not ready to give up on him
He was good this year with ROR
I’d like to see more of him on that line

I honestly think for this year botts is reverse GMTMing this. He couldn't give less of a poop about the NHL team, hes fully committed to whatever is going on in Roch to make sure those guys win and produce some kind of high end talent a la guentzel.
