Wrongful termination and slander possibly... The only way I see the WWE going public about this and canning him like they did is if Enzo admitted guilt already... If the WWE is dumb enough to do what they did based off of some crazy chick's comments alone than one would imagine a lawsuit would be involved. I'm willing to bet that he admitted to it.
