Are you willing to give a young player any time at all to develop his game? As an example, Sean Couturier didn't break the 50% mark in faceoffs until his 6th NHL season and 350 games played. By comparison, Laughton has played 155 NHL games. 48.2% is not awful.

As far as the comment about Flyers wings, are you aware of sample size?
