snow not getting fired. I actually disagree with notion of firing GM when new owners come in. Buffalo did that and look where they are now.

I do think Ledecky needs to go to Garth and say go get what you need to get this team to playoffs.
Noone asking him to be Mike Milbury.

This team needs a franchise dman. (by that i mean all around minutes guy that does it all). Pulock, Dehaan will never be those guys. Leddy is an offensive dman and definitely a keeper but at -20 he isnt that guy either.

Nope.

It would really worry me if JT was close to Garth. I would still can Garth whether JT liked it or not. The injury excuse is very weak and has gone on for years with this team. Doug got to pick all his coaches and he needs to come up with something even if the GM does not bring in help. The team was not playing well even before the injuries.

Its pretty amazing Snow seems like he very rarely likes to trade any prospects. I mean sure the Griff trade was great but thats Chia.

I mean you can make fun of the Rangers cause they traded pics prospect every year up until last year, but Snow is the other end of the spectrum. He doesn't want to get rid of anyone.

Nothing ever makes sense with this team ever. I mean I dont know what literally goes through the mind of Garth Snow. I dont want to hear that he tried to get players and failed. He has done nothing. IF and that is a big if, is waiting for the trade deadline then it might be way to late for that. I hate to say it but if we are down and out he needs to trade Tavares, Bailey and others. We cant afford to get nothing for players anymore. I used to love watching this team early on and then all of a sudden it was like the team figured out that they were the Islanders and need to just coast through games. Our second periods have been horrible. Our defense horrible. Coaching descions horrible everything is horrible. Why cant the owners sit back and see what is going on here??

Good GMs find ways to make cap space. We are asking way to much from Garf to do that. He has no hockey knowledge what so ever I am sure his math skills suck as well

Last time I was in a cab heading downtown from O’Hare, the #Isles had just traded for Jordan Eberle. Two days later they traded Travis Hamonic. We’ll see if GMGS has any moves to make now. #Isles need something to change and soon.

Even Art has a sense of urgency.
