ya, I'm just saying, both goalies were great.....the usual suspects:gardiner, nylander and marner cost the leafs the game
- Barx

No idea what Nylander was doing on the OT winner. Starts off next to Couturier, slowly drifts to Konecny (who the defender had) and forces the defender into no-man's land.

the way they are rolling, it's very true possibility.

Hedman's out. Tampa aren't going to be steamrolling as much.

Indeed.

Vasilevsky suddently looks human too.

The two might be related.

I really like the

Drouin 21 points
Eller 21 points
Desharnais 21 points

spread.

com'on man. he had 3 leafs in his top 50 and mentioned dermott as a candidate; if not just called up. so basically at least 4 guys ahead of him.

kapanen's numbers ( a point/game at 20 years old!) make him look like he has high-end offensive potential in the nhl.

sounds like johnson is nhl ready, but i'd be surprised if he's much more than a 40 point player.

I'll take Wheelrs opinion

Wheeler covers the Leafs, Pronman covers just about every league a prospect can play in. I highly doubt Pronman has seen too many Marlies games

Byron
Plekanic
De La Rose
Froese

That is the worst NHL center depth I have ever seen. They are all 4th line centers.

They say Ottawa has some problems but the Habs are in worse shape IMO.

A declining Weber dosbt help

Oh (frank) off.

Even Dozzer would probably have 20 points with Tampa bay.

A "declining" Weber would still be the #1 defenseman on plenty of teams.

Including the Leafs.

Edit: My point is, Weber getting older is so far down the problem list it shouldn't even be considered a problem.

So I'm more akin to a Matt Martin than a Sergachev eh.

I'll take it.

Was in 10th and 23rd in the HB pool.

Getting beat 363 to 17 and 140 to 17 in the other this week.

Stupid early games on a Monday

The Golden Knights are going to win the President's Trophy aren't they?
- AdamFrench

I hope they do.

It will mean that the owners won't allow the Seattle Metropolitans to have such an easy time - meaning we will be able to protect more talent next expansion draft.

I agree with you that he's not a problem this year, next year or the year after that.

It's just this Habs team needs to retool a fair bit. In three years when they can be good again will weber still be a #1? We don't know.

I read that the Leafs have been scouting the Coyotes of late a fair bit.

I wonder if they can strike a deal from now until the deadline

That franking d-bag cost us the game last night - him and his poopy backchecking with Gardiner - I hate that franking gu....

....I can't do it.

He's simply too gorgeous.

I forgive you, Willy.

Can I buy you lunch?

- Atomic Wedgie

Honestly, I thought Willy made a decent effort to try to catch the passer on the final play -- it was Gardiner inexplicably going after the passer as well that left Couturier wide open.

Ugh. You could just feel that goal happening.
