Yeah I'm sssuming he has an account online. When you bet they don't take the money out unless you lose, where as in Vegas or horse betting you laying out the money in advance

Except for the premiere tracks its like that everywhere because of OTB. Now they all bet from their computers at home. No real reason to go to the track anymore
