They are so (frank)ing stupid that it's hard to even visualize. A drunk 6 year old could run this team better. - eichiefs9
It's so absurd. It's almost like reading a story from The Onion at this point. |

Stop complaining Jimmy. They have a world class practice facility and a chef now. |

Baby steps chief. It's only been years on the jobs for Garth. - ses111
I thought I was at max hate level of Snow, but this year he is outdoing himself. The guy can't get past his own ego. Put the best players on the facking ice! How hard is that? I don't care if Ho-Sang kicked over his box of puppies, he's still a better option that Ross Johnston.

Forget Ho-Sang, two days ago he left a perfectly fine player pass right on through waivers. To a division rival, no less. He's telling me that he values Ross Johnston and his entire one-game body of NHL work more than Jokinen's 924 games. A perfectly acceptable bottom-6 player that plays all 3 forward positions and can kill penalties. But we have Ross Johnston, so that's cool. |

Totally agree. Garth seems to have his favorites and Ho-Sang sure isn't one of them. Every player on the Isles has too many giveaways, but only Ho-Sang gets banished to the AHL indefinitely. I think the guy's biggest "flaw" is that he doesn't do the same old plain vanilla interviews that the rest of the NHL does. Garth would rather have all these ineffective stiffs in his bottom six, as long as they "play the right way" or some other line of crap. |

Guys seriously I dont know what you expected from this team and GArth this year. This is the same team year in and year out with the same issues. None of what have ever being answered. This team needs a new identity. Injuries are part of the game and the good teams find ways to over come them. Garth will not make any moves and will continue to use players from the AHL. He has done this for years and I dont know why anyone expects him to do anything different. He is not a GM and never will be and until this guy is gone this team will be the same year in and year out with a fluke season here and there that we make the playoffs |

I'd like him up since he's much better than Prince and Quine, but it won't really help. The Isles have given up 4 or more goals in 9 of the last 10 games. Until they address the defense the team will keep losing games. - JimmyP
i dont disagree, but one way to not concede goals is to keep the Puck out of our defensive zone and spending more time in offensive zone. Ho Sang is very good at that.
Ross Johnson - i mean this is bad. we are just making it so easy for teams we are playing against. Double team Tavares and Barzal and exploit isles 3rd and 4th line.
As for Dal Colle, i dont think he is bad, i just dont think he is good either. I think he adjusting. If he can score a goal, he strikes me as a kid that will be more confident and drive to the net harder.
Also it is just me or is Pulock just not good? i mean Aho already looks better than him with a fraction of games played. Aho getting better with every shift, while Pulock and his 105mph dont seem to do be doing anything. Boston can cripple Pelech with shot from point but Pulock wants to make sure he doesnt hurt anyone and not shoot. |

I totally agree. The kid has talent but cant hit the net to save his life. I think the Islanders and everyone else hyped this kid up way to much and if I am Garth I would trade him away. I mean not for nothing I think every person on this team not named Barzal or even Beau is expendable. I think you build around these guys |
