People always talk about a goalie who can steal one.......well you saw it tonight. Hats off to Neuvy!! Now I just wish he was more consistent!
- Hokeeguy9

maybe now chicago will want him!

Have always thought Neuvirth was solid and had the ability to steal games since his performance against the Caps in the playoffs. He just hasn't been healthy and hasn't played enough to have a real chance to get on a role

Ok, but who do you replace him with? Can’t give up a capable 1A/1B goalie unless you don’t think you can make the playoffs

Remember when marner committed a bad turnover and than Babcock put him right back out there even after causing s goal. So sick of hasktol apologists who say even babcock does it. No not to the same extent and he builds trust. Hasktol still a terrible coach. Good win though

Such a great (frank)ing night.

I mean, the Mark Howe jersey retirement was very respectful and dignified. Fitting for Mark Howe.

Tonight was more like a rowdy family reunion. Thank you current Flyers for not (frank)ing this night up!

Well done E. I'm old enough to remember each Flyer who has had his number retired. Of course, none were as emotional as Ashbee's and none meant more to me than Clarke and Parent because they were my heroes growing up. That being said, I thought Lindros did a great job tonight and gave a heartfelt, classy speech.

Agreed.

His speech was very cathartic to me. He even acknowledged the negative poop, which is fine.

I loved everything about tonight. Even the part where Bob Clarke said nice poop about Eric, which likely took about 2 bottles of Johnny Black to get that out of him.

The 90/91 OPC Premier Jagr, Roenick, and Mogilny cards were going for about $40-$50, and the Upper Deck French rookies Fedorov and Bure were $25-$40 back in the early 90s. Now you can have them for $2-$3, if that much. There are very, VERY few cards from 90/91-99/00 that have any real value. No doubt the Lindros Score rookie dropped like crazy, but it's still an iconic card in hockey card history, and while it's no longer a $30 card, I still am the proud owner of both versions.

Yes. This one right here. I collected between 90-93 and almost everything I have isn't worth the paper it's printed on.

2nd goal is AMac Exhibit A. Has almost the entire neutral zone between him and the puck carrier
- YuenglingJagr

It's exhibit A of poor analysis on your part. MacDonald effectively cut off a speedy offensive player in Nylander stopping him high in the offensive zone and then had to cover a defenseman coming late in Gardiner on the play.
