Pouliot has always sucked, now he just sucks with increased playing time. He and Hunwick are actually kind of similar, good skaters but weak and dumb.

And Hunwick vs. Pouliot isn't even the question - it's Cole vs. Hunwick, as the answer is sitting right there.

While I clealry want Cole over Hunwick, Hunwick is not nearly as bad as people make him out to be. Yeah, I’m not a fan of him or his contract, but the Pens could have done a lot worse.

I remember someone posting some advanced stats comparing him to Cole and Hunwick’s stats were better.

It’s entirely possible he’s just one of those players who does a decent job, just doesn’t look good doing it.

I agree with ya again.

I think Hunwick has better the tools (skating and passing) to fit with the Pens style over Cole but he just hasnt put it all together with his new team yet. Im going to give him some more time.

Cole is a fearless warrior though and I love that about him.

Was that just the graph on zone entries and exits? If so that's just not enough to base a lineup decision on unless it's close.

I'm hoping it's a wake up call to the boys. When things are going well the team tends to take a lot of unnecessary risks and are guilty of playing a little lax. They got their heads screwed on for the third and looked better. These next two game are against teams with better records, they can't take em easy no matter how they're feeling about their game.
