I think most of us felt that Morin was the guy coming out of camp who most earned a spot by his play. More so than Hagg or Sanheim IMO.
That being said, we are all in agreement that Sanheim shouldn't be sitting. Maybe we can disagree on where he should be. I personally think he should be in Allentown. - MBFlyerfan
I have a hard time thinking about paying for sports journalism. It's not that I don't want to.
I love hockey, but I don't have enough time to watch as much as a want, let alone have enough time to read about it to make it worth the subscription. - VladDrag
sorry buddy....check reddit though, they normally post stuff...until I hear about hockey writers getting paid too much I will do what I can to support them
Mistake one in my eyes. Meaningless wins put above development of kids. More things change and all. Hell and of course Sanheim will play scared the way he’s been handled.

They are still well within playoff spots so I disagree with your premise.
He needs to be back in Lehigh. Honestly he has not outplayed any of the current defense who are playing right now. That part I at least understand, this team still wants to win and Hak will ice what he thinks is the best lineup at his disposal.
What I don't understand is having the kid being a long term healthy scratch at any level. Makes no sense. Send him down now. - MBFlyerfan
Agree with your point of view. He had a solid opportunity to replace some of the elements Ghost brings to the table last game and he ended up hurting his cause.
Whether it's the coach's lack of confidence or his lack of consistency..he seems bette4 off in the AHL playing a major role.

"Meaningless wins" whatever that means..are more important than coddling the kids. NHL is not a development league. Young players need to earn thier role and ice time. Sanheim hasn't done that.
All things considered I would rather he be in over Manning. But IMO Manning has played better than Sanheim. So there is that. - MBFlyerfan
Manning has definitely been playing better than Sanheim, and the team is winning. No way you take Manning out of the lineup now.
I too, want Sanheim to play. Just not sure who would sit at this point to get him in.

I think Sanheim could be given a partner other than Gudas. Manning has played well by his own standards, but I have a serious issue when he is being given PP time. They are without a doubt held to different standards.

And that is why I think we all would rather see him getting 20+ a night in Allentown.

They're not meaningless wins and it's ridiculous to label them as such.
Leier looks to be in over Goulbourne tonight - YuenglingJagr
On merit i dont thinks so. Manning has played with more consistency and composure plus produced twice as much offense compared to Sanheim..
I have no doubt Sanheim will eventually be a far better player but I don't see the case for him in the line up over Manning based on the first half of this season .
