i would have started Neuvirth tonight. and i certainly would have made a change to start the 2nd period tonight. sure they were breakaways resulting from their own errors, but he's allowed to make a save. beat blocker side, glove side, five hole. and then on that angle shot from Nash. he was terrible. not the only one. i think he's tired.

I was on record saying I didn't want Elliott this summer but he's been better than I thought he would be. He was bad tonight but I don't think it can be blamed on him being tired. They had a break around the holidays, then had their stupid bye week. Team was bad in front of him but make a couple of saves please.

The other move Hex needs to make is Lindblom should be up sooner rather than later.

overall he's been good. not tonight, obviously. the team didn't do him any favors. sure he's got a bit of rest with the bye, but wouldn't have killed them to play MN tonight. he needs work too. anyway, as i said, he's allowed to make saves. you can still play well when you're tired. it's possible.
