I feel like unless some trade for a top 4 guy falls into our laps, the two moves above are enough for this year.
We've made some good progress. Let's not throw it away taking a shot this year - because it isn't happening.

Who knows in playoffs. Leafs were expected to lose in 4 or 5 games against Boston last time. They took them to 7 and almost won.
Then last year same thing. They were expected to be beat in 4 or 5 games. Took wsh to game 6 and every game was decided by ot.
I think they take it to another gear in the second half and hopefully they look a lot better going into the playoffs. They havent reached close to their potential imo. |
