Hypothetically speaking, because you LOVE to live in that world; let’s consider the Rangers buyers. I’m going to rattle off a list of players. I want you to answer either yes or no if you were asked if you’d trade a first round pick for any one of them.
Paul Stastny
Daniel Sedin
Derek Ryan
Lars Eller
Mikael Backlund
David Perron
Valterri Filppula
Benoit Pouliot
All of these players have something in common with Nash. Let's see if you can figure it out. - tomburton99
I wouldn't want that roster in the AHL |

If the Rangers were legitimate cup contenders this year which they’re not there’s a few I would give a 1st for. But they’re not, so I wouldn’t waste a 1st when regardless we’re not getting past the 2nd round. - nyrangers9479
So your answer is no to all of them? Please take a stand. |

Yeah. Those guys all have the same amount or more goals than Rick Nash. The Rangers would be extremely lucky to get a 2nd and mid level prospect for him.
Derek Ryan has 10 goals. 10! |

I’d probably do it for Statsny TBH. - smellmyfinger
I would pay for the air fare for Stastny and the Devils if they gave up a 1st round pick this year for him. |

That's the goal scoring company Rick Nash is currently keeping... |
|

Lundqvist could beat Sedin in a face in full gear !!! |

Yah I'm not one of the guys that think Nash could get much of a return |

I didn't think you were. I was just proving a point that Rick Nash is overrated by this fanbase. |

Lovely, terrible back check by Ziba and of course all they need is one chance after the inability to cash in on any of the multiple chances we had |
|

How many times have we seen that play ? Everyone locked on the puck guy wide open down the middle |

So having a checking winger on the 2nd line and a scoring winger on the checking line works how exactly? |

Not at all his fault, he took Barzal, you gotta stop with the scape goating, it's a total team failure |

Zucc shouldn't go without criticism, 1 goal in his last 12, Nash no points in his last 9, Shatty 1 point in his last 9, all signs point to fire and sell but what do I know |
