The massive overpayments only happen with reputation, like the Hanzal deal. Its why no matter how bad ROR has been his value will still be high and no matter how good Kane can be his value will always be slightly less in a trade.

The subjugation of an entire race is going to leave lasting marks on society like not even looking at a black person's application/resume, and we should be mindful of that and try to implement something to try and, if not make up for it, at least try and stop it from happening again.
