Its a perfect time for him to get animated, freak out, throw something, get ejected from a game or two, anything to make me give a (frank) at this point and demand some respect. I just dont see it, but you are correct it really doesnt matter who is at the helm with this group its still a going to be a poop show for now.

I believe they'd be a better team beginning with the respect factor...I'd go as far to say that i think they'd be a better team under Gallant, who seems to be able to coach to a team's strengths...and I think ted Nolan would get more out of this bunch than Housley is and Bylsma did...

I think there are times when too much emphasis is on placed on players and not enough on respect for, and motivation by, the coaching staff

that was his m.o. during his playing days...phil Housley was a skilled, offensive-minded defenseman who let others do the dirty work...hell, he even had others play defense while he was moved to the wing
