Another failure to play a three period game against a division team at home.
If they dont convert on this PP the game is over. MIN will clog the NZ the rest of the way. |

No they didn't. They critiqued the 2nd goal. Was he squared to the puck?
Again, female dog about the goalie all you want....they have ONE GOAL. Is the other goalie outplaying Forsberg? Yes, Ill grant you that.
And HERE COMES a powerplay chance. I wager this is where we may need to focus our ire. - kwolf68
UH yea, they did………….talked about him "loosing his net"………just sayin' |

Former NHL Goalie Bryan Boucher said it's one he's gotta stop, I strongly agree. - EnzoD
Sure, everyone can have their opinion on it. It's nit picky to blame him on that play IMO. Forsberg has played a decent game overall. |

PowerPlay only useful against dregs of NHL PK units, Oilers and Senators. |

WTF on Kane there. Keith and him switch places and while Keith is still down low Kane leaves the point. |

Reality check!!!!
Bowman should just make trades like the Duclair trade today. You fast cost controlled players.
This team is leaps and bounds away from making a run at a cup this year .
Can't beat good teams just beat up on crappy teams. |

What a terrible loss this is gonna be. Had momentum, the feel good story of Seabrook coming back and scoring a goal, but a loss. PowerPlay was a dumpster fire yet again...best looks on the PP were by Wild.

Keith has become useless offensively |

Good to see Keith take a leisurely stroll after that puck with 12 seconds left |

Until they can beat good teams they are still a bubble team. - scott.jackson
Time for Keith to sit a game, he was horrible.

Really nice play by Keith there will full zone possession to hold onto the puck, skate it into the corner, and turn it over for breakaway.
I may be feeling the nostalgia but I just remember Saad being a more dominant player on a nightly basis. Will be interesting to see where Q slots Duclair next game.
Soft goal glove high from the blue line with no screen is the difference. Oh well, this is clearly a rebuild/youth movement year. Would love to see Stan add a high-upside young Dman to this group. Keith is frustrating to watch. He stifles as much offense for the Hawks as he creates for them, IMO. |

Man Duncan Keith pisses me off
Lots of poopty play by him down the stretch of this game
Hawks choked, this is a HORRIBLE loss. Borderline devastating.
Probably the worst loss of the season so far because of the importance in the standings.
Every time you think the Hawks are getting things together they take a step backwards.
Just no other way to put it this was as bad of a regular season loss as you can possibly have, and the team is going to have to work extremely hard to recover from this to make the playoffs.

4-7-2 vs the division....2 divisional points pssed away...another home loss...
as i have said they gotta start beating WC teams ahead of them or they done...that simple...
they get another chance vs the a hot jets team...honestly they have to get that game.. |

What I found funny about that is usually they blow the play before the puck hits the goal line, yet they waited until it crossed this time. Yea, i know, less than a second. But it is just the inconsistency of it all.

Keith should NEVER be on another PP for the rest of his life.
His puck handling skills are PATHETIC
He's a joke with the puck. He looks like he's playing the game for the first time, or like he's just me or you out there skating around trying to puck control. Its embarrassing.
I can't stand watching him anymore, and I'd do anything to find a way to trade him. He's laughably bad on offense. Defensively he's still average, but that's it.

Yep. He is with 2 world class players and he can't shoot the puck worth a damn. Can't be blowing the good looks 8 or 88 setup for him. I bet Duclair may get a real look there. |
