really with Bozak scored on that break away in OT - senstroll
If Komarov could only beat a sprawling, goal stick-less Bobrovsky, instead of shooting it right into his pads...
If Matthews, didn't shoot wide with the net open on the PP |

I was glad it was him on the breakaway. The pressure must've got to him because his attempt was weak as (frank) compared to him usually being quite good in the shootout. |

Anyone got a link to that line combo history chart thingy?
Nucker is suggesting that Marner can't score without Matthews.
Thanks in advance? |

I don't see time spent but he has not scored with or been scored on with Matthews.
1.22% EV MARNER,MITCHELL - MARTIN,MATT - MATTHEWS,AUSTON
That's his highest frequency of linemates that includes Matthews.
and finally, his current line has been the same for ~46% of total minutes played this season and they see 55%+ defensive zone starts. |

Brock Boeser and Bo Horvat seem to think otherwise. |

Mike I think you should go back to your parents basement for a while. They dominated play and score could have been 5 or 6-0. They outshot Columbus 14-4 in 3rd and got outscored 2-0. - Matthews_Auston
I agree, terrible blog. Columbus just got a few lucky breaks. I don’t know what’s up Mike’s ass.
As for the cable tv discussion I have all the tsn and sportsnet channels but most Leafs games are blocked. I only see Saturday and the odd Wednesday game.
I guess they want to sell their hockey packages.

On a serious note, I really hope that the Leafs do not end up trading for Not-So-Gudbranson, |

Some gold from Vancouver thread:
Horvat was the back breaker, they held up just fine with the others out. They need another top 6 C to hold down the fort. EP and Gaudette are on the way. Maybe even Tavares.
The uprising is coming faster than the blind haters are willing to admit/realize. |

Or this gem from that same thread, regarding Gudbranson;
"Eastern conference is weaker. He has top pair potential there." |

Man you guys should check out the reddit thread on last nights OT. Holy poop did the refs mangle 30ish seconds leading the CLB goal. |

People rag on Eriksson's contract but really he's the second coming of Mark Recchi. With Eriksson and the Twins teaching Horvat, Granlund and Boeser how to play the right way, this team's ceiling is beyond even winning one stanley cup a year for the next decade. Also the Rogers Arena is going to turn into a giant spaceship and take all Canucks fans to heaven after that happens. Also Trevor Linden's head ISN'T too big for his body.
Mussel out. |

nope, just saying dumb poop..
I think we can now move on to exhibit Q;
"Guddy is reserved for contenders let them over pay."
but wait... There's more
"We can't afford to trade our top young D man, Gudbranson, for him. " |

It's getting even harder to follow.
Gudbranson for Marner is a fair deal, because Boeser went 23rd overall. |

Gimme a break, if the Leafs trade Marner, then they'll count the number of NHL games he's played, and then project the number of games that a player is projected to play at each draft position, and then trade Marner for a combination of picks that would project to play more NHL games than Marner has played. |
