Its the penalties and stupidity. It does tend to bite us in the ass. When we have Carrick, Dermott, and CyBorg as bottom 3 assets who can all play and make the same mistakes, but skate better and handle breakouts better, I'd rather get Polak out and upgrade to a dman who is physical and can skate and handle the puck. I just don't like sitting the kid after two very solid games by him and putting our worst pairing back together again. Carrick/Gards is a bit of a gong show itself too.

Exactly. He is an upgrade over a good chunk of guys we have. That said, his cap hit is not great... and really a shaking head meme from a Sabers fan who's back end consists of trash save Risto, where Seabrook would be their best dman isn't exactly going to worry me much
